EATON SQUARE, BELGRAVIA, LONDON

This was the refurbishment of a third floor flat on the Grosvenor Estate. The client insisted on air conditioning, which had to be discreetly placed above a lowered ceiling in the main corridor. Before any of this work could be done, a large amount of the floor above had to be rebuilt with steel work without disturbing the fourth floor leaseholder.
